The amount deposited towards registration and admission for a school year will neither be refunded nor transferred to any other year or towards fee.
Advance fees for the whole year may be deposited in the beginning of the school year.
Annual fees, tuition fees and transport fees will be automatically linked with the rise in the price index and may be increased at the beginning of a subsequent session as determined by the school board of management.
Buses may ply on two different time schedules for various classes, which may be changed as and when required. In any case admission does not guarantee transport facility.

Students should treat school staff with respect at all times and be courteous to fellow students.
Unacceptable behaviour including but not limited to irregular attendance, academic dishonesty, and neglect of homework, disruptive behaviour, loitering and disrespectful behaviour towards staff or fellow students will result in serious disciplinary action.
Any form of bullying or ragging will result in a disciplinary committee review and could result in expulsion with a negative conduct certificate.
Any misbehaviour or violation of school discipline will be dealt with by the disciplinary committee and corrective action will be taken. In extreme cases parents will be called in to discuss the child’s behaviour and may lead to suspension or expulsion from the school.
The medium of instruction is English at TEMCS and students are expected to communicate in English at all times.
It is compulsory to bring the school issued ID card to school every day. Not bringing the ID card could result in the child not being allowed into the school premises.
For safety and security, parents should refrain from sending money with their child without specific written notice from the school.

Expensive gifts, sweets, cakes or any other gifts to staff and students are not allowed for birthday celebrations. If interested, parents may contribute books to the school library.
Parents can meet teachers only during parent teacher meetings or on every Fridays. Meeting teachers during school hours is strictly prohibited.
Developing romantic relationship between boys and girls will lead to immediate dismissal from the school.
The students should attend their classes punctually with their lessons well prepared.
Do ensure that every day your child is brought at least five minutes early to the boarding point of School vehicle, so as to avoid time delay.
The students should be inside the School campus at least 10 minutes before the School Assembly, which starts at 8:00 AM. If the school timingsarenot followed continuously, strict actions will be taken.
Frequent or long absenteeism will be severely dealt with, unless there is a genuine reason for the same. In either case, failure of class may result.
At the first stroke of the bell at 8:00 a. m., all must fall into line immediately and form lines for the assembly where they will be inspected for proper uniforms and cleanliness. After they recite the National Anthem, prayers announcement and subsequently move silently to their classrooms.
All (Teachers, administrators and students) are expected to speak in English in School. Demerits or given for speaking in any other language. Six demerits within one quarter will result in appropriate punishment up to including dismissal from TEMCS.
Writing or scribbling on walls and desk, benches or anywhere else is strictly prohibited and will lead to punishment plus a fine for the repairing of walls, desks or any property damage wilfully by the student.
Nursery to grade V will be self-contained classes.
Grade VI above will rotate the classroom according to the specified subject wise classrooms. (Each concern subject teacher will have his/her own classroom where the student will enter into their subject wise classroom only if the teacher is present in the room)
Strict regularity, obedience, politeness, courtesy in speech and conduct and cleanliness of books, dress and person are rigidly insisted upon.
Silence must be observed in the corridors and on other places during class hours, they should not be found talking in between periods.
Daily attendance register must be maintained for staffs and students, absentees of students must be marked and report to office by the end of the first class period.
For student’s needs and supplies concern teacher must fill in the Req. form and submit to office, a student’s coming must have written permission.
Students class workbook/assignment must be for all class – use the extra materials in the office and Xerox/copy for all students systematically.
